Midweek Yoga

Join yoga instructor Anuja Chaini for this Wednesday evening yoga class at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. Anuja brings a wealth of experience matched by 250 hours of training in Hatha Yoga. This class is designed for students of all ages from first time yogis to intermediate learners with a focus on yoga postures, pranayama/breathing exercise and relaxation techniques, all in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Instructor: Anjua Chaini August 26 - September 30 (Wednesdays) | 5:30-6:30 p.m. | Green Room Cost: $110 Refund Policy: Any registrant who cancels their registration 10 or fewer days prior to the start date of the class/workshop will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. The remainder of the registration cost will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the program begins.
