Mama with Baby Movement & Strength

Slowly and gently get back into shape in this Mama with Baby Movement & Strength Class. Enjoy an hour listening to music and socializing while also stretching and toning next to friends. Get reintroduced with your body post-partum while your baby sleeps or plays. Exercises can be modified for options of babe in car-seat, with mama on mat, or wrap-carrier. This class follows a do what you can approach to getting back into shape that prioritizes self-care and building connections with other moms. Thursdays September 3 - October 8 10-11 a.m. $80 Instructor: Lauren Rennie Lauren grew up in Fredericton but has spent time living in Alberta and Ontario where she received her Masters in Anthropology as well as several certificates and professional training in fields such as pedagogy, psychology, mentorship and life coaching. Lauren is always alive with new ideas for community engagement, personal growth and artistry and is passionate about facilitating enriching learning experiences for all ages in various subjects including dance, creative writing, academic coaching, ESL and more. Refund Policy: Any registrant who cancels their registration 10 or fewer days prior to the start date of the class/workshop will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. The remainder of the registration cost will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the program begins.
